Service center can be a slow at times, I had to return some equipment on two occasions, both times the service representative wasn't able to get into the computer system, resulting in me having to receiving a hand written receipt. The problem I encountered from the first return was unbelievable, instead of taking the equipment off my bill, Spectrum charged my account the full price of the equipment. I was told by phone representative, that I had to take my receipt into the service center so they could verify the transaction. That was another 45 minutes wait. I'm still waiting to see how the second return works out. I'm praying for better results.

Scheduled appointment online selected mobile reason for visit. Get called to counter. Asked what my issue was. I responded mobile billing. Was she can't help my they don't do mobile here. My response is I bought phone here ???? Again can't help you. Well how about internet and cable service interrupt ions at least once a week. Her response was probably equipment. Wow.

Terrible customer service. Had to wait 4 days for a new box because their equipment was faulty. Then took forever to get service once in line.
