I have made a couple custom form orders with Printlink and it has been a very pleasant experience. They are highly communicative and made sure my orders were exactly how I needed them. We found their products to be of significantly higher quality than our last supplier as well. If their online ordering application doesn't offer a specific feature you need, reach out to them and they will almost certainly be able to handle it via a custom quote. I will be using Printlink as my form supplier for the foreseeable future.

Our experience with Printlink was a disaster. As a reseller, we deal with many printers from large to small. The envelopes Printlink printed for us were rejected by our customer due to poor print quality. The halftones were muddy and our client wasn't happy. We agreed with our client about the quality and gave them a full refund. When we reached out to Printlink they rejected our claim and refused to offer any sort of settlement. Clearly we won't be coming back.
