We remodel houses for a living and had previously used Olds Heating and Cooling. The first go around they came out to tune up a furnace / ac unit and did a wonderful job. We came back for another 5 star experience but were quickly shown nothing near. This time we needed advice on a different furnace and help ordering a new part. The lady who came to us at first acted like we had ruined her day and grumpily told us someone else would be with us shortly. The gentleman we spoke with was answering shortly in 1 word phrases and rude. Definitely a business out for big bucks, don't come in for suggestions / Ordering parts / small dollars jobs.
