This dental office is by far one of the best I have ever been too the staff and doctors are very professional all and thorough with all of their work and whatever questions you may have. I read a review here saying “Veterans Beware”, I am a veteran and I had absolutely ZERO issues here. That gentleman just had a bad experience and I had an amazing one. They’re extremely veteran friendly. The staff are very understanding and are willing to work with you on everything you bring up. They are very patient and professional. It was an all around amazing experience and I highly recommend for people to come here.

I have been going to Dr. Gable and Dr. Maduri's office since 2018. I have had work done by both doctors and they do great work! I work with Dr. Gable most often; her assistant Elise is great as well. I am always happy with the service I get. They are very accommodating. I can admit, I am a hard person to do dental work on because I am very particular about my teeth. However, they always do what they can to make me happy and make sure I get what I want without complaints. I suggest this office to family and friends whenever they are in need of dental work. I get free dental at my current job but am willing to pay for dental insurance just so I can be seen at this office, by these doctors. I am always treated with respect when I call and/or visit the office. The office is also very nice and clean.

Veterans Beware!
This one-star rating does not pertain to any hygienist or doctor. I actually had a great experience with them. The problem I have with this office is with the insurance staff. They are completely incompetent when dealing with the Veteran Affairs Dental Insurance Program through Delta Dental. I found this office on the VADIP Delta Dental website. With a quick google search and seeing their 4.7 rating I made appointments and had services done. The first problem I encountered with the insurance staff is they called me and started to explain to me that I do not have insurance and I needed to call my insurance company and figure it out, in the mean time they were going to cancel my appointment that I waited and was going to leave work early for. I called Delta Dental, they told me the doctor's office is wrong, that I have coverage. After some phone calls they admitted that they were looking my information up wrong, that I did in fact have insurance, and I completed the appointment as scheduled. Second issue arises a couple weeks later, I get a bill in the mail, after making all payments after services as requested by the office staff. I call the office, the insurance staff says that they submitted the claim but I was not covered. I call my insurance company, which tells me that I am in fact covered for those services but the insurance staff basically only submitted a per-determination. I called the office with that info, they had to wait until whoever is in charge to get back because "they didn't know how to do that." I get a call back and the lady keeps saying the same thing, that I am not covered. I try to give her a number that my insurance company gave me so they can call and get taught how to submit the claim, and the lady starts boasting about her 24 years of experience and that she doesn't need to be taught how to do anything. I completely lost my cool at this point and the issue was supposed to be pushed to a manager of some sort. I finally got some time to start a claim myself, and with another call to the insurance company, I found out that they resubmitted a claim and was paid for the services. They didn’t even have the fortitude to give me a courtesy call to let me know the issue on their end was solved. The procedure was on 10/20/2020 and it took the office until 02/22/2021 to do their job.
The final issue I have is the insurance staff did not tell me that they are not in the actual network for VADIP Delta Dental, they are in what's called a Preferred network, I do believe, pulling this from memory; meaning it costs more money to be seen at this office than in network offices. I am not saying it is their responsibility to make that clear but it would have been nice to know, but to be honest, the insurance staff itself most likely doesn't know that either. Veterans Beware!!!!
