Don't go here to rent a car if you have a debit card. They will deny you. They wasted over 45 minutes of our time. They're not helpful at all!!!!!. The manager lady there was very rude and NOT helpful at all. She didn't seem to care whether she rented a car to you or not. This place is not at all professional. Rude and Not helpful.

My wife had a reservation for a car for Uber here, and I had to use my card for her rental and they didnt allow me to while I was there with her, a couple hours later I look at my bank statement and they still charged my card even tho we never received the vehicle or was even allowed to use my card, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HERTZ OR THE LIVONIA HERTZ!! Someone will be getting fired after having a word with corporate.

STAY AWAY. The worst service you can imagine. If there are even 4 people waiting to get a car, be prepared to wait upwards of an hour. One of the ladies had no idea how to do her job.
