I appreciate how Ms Alysse (management) always returns my calls and emails very quickly. Maintenance always comes within a timely manner when putting in requests for various repairs. I even love and appreciate that the snow is always shoveled after snowfall and salt is placed on all walk ways. Thank you Provident Asset Management for being a great Landlord!!!!!!

LITERALLY the worst tenant/estate management in the existence of the entire field. If possible you'd do best to avoid the company. There is maybe one lady in the office and everytime I call she only picks up the THIRD time I have to dial and call them. Lazy and incompetent don't even do it justice. Don't expect her to assist you in anyway, whatever problems I had she would push it off onto ANYONE else, maintenance, internet provider, etc.#theWorst

Really horrible at Oakwood flats trust me you will be amazed at the price but that's how they get you !They will sue you an they don't care about you they raise the rent Evey year u stay by 25 dollars you have to pay 45 dollars for water which you run out of hot water . Every takes parking spots it's not personal spaces. The company is bad for returning calls important calls they lie won't let you pay online so if the mail runs late you are charged that late fee.
