I cant even begin to say enough Great things about this store. Its phenomenal in every way. Theres a gentleman, named Chris that truly could not be more helpful. I feel as though we remodeled my house together.. even though he never even was at my house. I truly believe that Chris keeps that store fully stocked, as he has never not had what I wanted or didnt even know I needed. Thank~God for Chris being there to tell me what I needed in the beginning & truly saving me so much money in the end by not doing it twice! Go To This Store For All Your Paint/Advice you need to make Your House Beautiful

If you need quality paint you should go where the pros go! Excellent customer service and special discounts. Excellent variety of paint and everything else you need to finish your project , weather is just a wall in your hours or all your home inside and out . Personally I will never go to big box store anymore

I never leave reviews but I really need to for my experience. Bought paint to re paint the whole exterior of the house. First color selected just didn't look right on the house after starting.
Worked with Tom after selecting a new color that was close to what originally selected. He was able to take the wrong color and turn it into something that worked. Even though the base was not white, he got so close to the new color I was shocked.
Now my house is fully painted and in a custom color due to needed a retint. Just totally blown away. Paint us slightly pricy but wait for their sales. 8 gallons covered 2 coats on a 2300 Sq ft house. This stuff covered so much better than anything from the box store brands. Well worth the extra 20 bucks a gallon.

I ordered a paint from the Sherwin Williams store in Sterling Heights. I go there often. The colour did not look the same on my walls as it did on the sample I saw. I put samples on 3 different walls it was darker than the sample it showed on their site. I know at my SW store they would have told me No worries, let us fix it BUT I went to this store on Jackson Rd in Ann Arbor.
I felt I was met by a male that had a chip on his shoulder. He said it was the colour I had chosen so either he could add more white or I had to buy a new gallon. Thats the colour you chose so these are the options. It was out of his hands.
There is only so much white one can add to a full can of paint!!!!!
Maybe his art teacher didnt teach him that one starts with white and add small amounts of the colour one wants. To make it as light as the sample on SW site would take 1/2 gallon of white. I already mixed that at home.
Such a disappointment to be a Sherwin Williams store!
