I used Eddie Abdallah for our lender needs and he exceeded expectations. I had just fired my previous lender for incompetence and Eddie was able to get my loan down in ~2 weeks, get me a lower rate, and save me thousands on closing costs. Eddie was also extremely easy to talk to and work with. I could tell he actually cared about me and my needs, not just my money. I highly recommend Eddie to those searching for a lender.

Just received a call from “Ron” at Gold Star. He said he was calling about the property I own in PA. He went on to say he “sees” I owe about $100,000 and I had “attempted” to refinance. I said, No, I do not owe $100,000, to which he replied he must have outdated information. I also added that I have never attempted to refinance and that . . . “Ron” then hung up on the call. More than likely he SPOOFED the number that showed on my Caller ID as “Pittsburgh, PA
412/515-8788”.
I would normally not answer unidentified calls and calls such as this are the main reason why. Just an irritation but one that I will pass on to friends and family via social media. If this is how they train their employees on making Cold Calls, they definitely need a complete overhaul.

Please stop calling me! It's like having a stalker, they called me at least 3 times and they know my name and how much I owe on my house.
