Ron out of Ann Arbor was a huge help in allowing us to win our new home and secure our mortgage. This is our third home purchase and this went as smoothly was we could have ever of hoped. Ron took the time to call the seller's agent to make sure they understood why our offer was contingent but yet we were very real and very serious buyers and were solid in our offer. I don't think we would have gotten the house without that extra reassurance.

I had the best experience with Gold Star Mortgage Financial. My lender April was absolutely best. She had sure that understand every part of the process and made sure it was stress and worry free. April was very professional and helpful in every way. If and when I had to do this again, I would definitely without hesitation ask for April. She went far and beyond to make my dream come true.

One problem after another, from the closing through them changing payment addresses on me 3 times in 4 months and them losing a payment (which has required me to spend 1-2 hours of my time tracking it down for them).
