My office was in need of a tech service to repair our copier. I had my administrative assistant contact them regarding the problem. She spoke with Paul, who was downright nasty to her and had her shaken. He was very rude and condescending.
Never again, and we recommend others steer clear.
And we found it funny that Paul left a positive review here for his own company.

I have been with Auburn Consulting for about 5 years and they have provided us with excellent service for out Konica color copier. Paul has worked with my company through some tough times and has always provided us with prompt and reliable service which is key in my business because I depend on my machines for our livelihood.

When the copier company we were using went out of business, unbeknownst to us, we found Paul at Auburn Consulting. We have always received prompt and reliable service from Paul and Auburn. At that time we had a black and white copier. We really wanted a color copier, but didn't believe we would be able to obtain one within our budget. Paul made that possible.
