Highly recommend. They were quick and kind. Probably one of the easiest rentals I've ever done and will be going back next time I need to rent a car.
Not only were the folks awesome, it's an easy in and out as far as roads and access to the highway.
Note - the office is only accessed by entering the hotel, walking past the lobby desk, and turning left. You'll see the small sign for hertz rental above a pair of chairs. I had walked in expecting an outside access door or a sign direction me once I entered the lobby but had to ask at the desk where it was located.

I dropped my car off over the weekend and there was an error made and the car wasn't checked in. My $115 rental bill ballooned into a $1600 charge and they are almost impossible to reach via the telephone.
SO frustrating!

Couldn't find it, drove around till I saw a small sign saying it was inside a nearby hotel. Went in and was told by hotel staff where it was since again, no info was apparent. Finally got there to find a locked door with a sign saying they are no longer open on Saturdays and to drop off the key in a hole in the door. Very frustrating experience, as I had arranged through Hertz to drop it off there when I made the reservation weeks ago. Edited: I am furious. Hertz continues to charge me a daily rental charge as my car was never properly checked in! No one answered the phone Monday morning when I kept trying to call. Called corporate, talked to two people who were not helpful. Finally got someone on the phone in the afternoon at the local Hertz where car was turned in. She informed me that she had lots of cars to check in and hadn't gotten to the car I rented yet. At this moment I am out 820 dollars for a four hour rental! No one ever informed me this office was closed on weekends, nor did anyone inform me that I would continue to be charged. Completely unacceptable business practices. And this info is also not on the website or app. Beware!

Always BUSY, but if you're a Hertz Gold Club Member, you move to the front of the line and are treated very well!
