My experience with True Tech was nothing but good. They were quick, competent, and communicated the issues well. I will be using them for future repairs.

True Tech was...
(1) FAST: (a) Inspected my brakes in under an hour; (b) Replaced my brakes in a little over an hour; (c) Gave me same-day scheduling both times I called.
(2) HONEST: (a) Quoted the repairs at over $400 less than the first place I took my car to; (b) Actually walked me back while my car was still raised and showed me the problem areas and explained them to me, which blew me away; (c) Did not try to sell me any "extras"; (d) Their brake inspections are usually around $30, but a fill-in receptionist mistakenly told me over the phone that the inspection would be free, so they honored the free inspection when I came in.
(3) FRIENDLY: (a) Andy at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone and in-person; (b) The mechanics there also seemed very friendly / helpful.
(4) COMFORTABLE: The waiting area has free wi-fi and good drinks and eats; but in my experience you're not going to be waiting long for your car to be fixed anyways.
(5) GOOD: It's only been a week, but best I can tell they completely fixed my brake problems.
Overall, this was the best car repair experience I've ever had. I've recommended True Tech to friends and family over the last week, and will definitely use them again.

Rich and Kristen at True Tech are phenomenal. I trust them more than any other mechanic I have ever been to. I have been taking my car to True Tech for almost 2 years now, and I wouldn't take it anywhere else. Even after moving out of Ann Arbor, I always go back to True Tech for the multitude of issues that my car has. They take very good care of me every time I bring my car in and they make sure I get back on the road safely and quickly (which are both very important to me). Kristen always offers to give me a ride to work or back home while they are working on my car (I live over 20 miles away). I know I am in good hands at True Tech, and that they will help me find the best solution for my needs at the time. I have never been disappointed with services I received here, but they warranty all of their parts and labor anyway (which is easy for them to offer because they do it right the first time). The staff at True Tech are great mechanics and great people, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone and everyone.
