image Awful awful awful. I have rented all my adult life. Ive been at this property (formerly harbor house) for a decade. So Ive dealt with A LOT of different management companies. Renew/Trinity property management is the absolute worst. Samantha Vargo the manager is the absolute worst. Terrible communication, they dont get anything done when they say they will, dont plow or take care of ice in sidewalks (leading to damage to cars/accidents on property and people getting hurt). The regional manager Brandy Plummet is no better. This company is rotten to the core.

image New leadership is negligent. Serious lack of property management and budgeting priority. Throughout the entire winter they've failed to keep the community clean and safe, prioritizing shoveling, cleaning and salting to the immediate vicinity of the management office leaving other resident's sidewalks covered in snow and ice.
Huge reason why many people move here is for the dog friendly complex, however management has never allocated resources to up-keeping the park. It is an absolute disaster. Additionally, they do not use pet-friendly salt in the winter.
Maintenance dudes are good people, though. Friendly and respectful.

image This business is against tenant's rights. From what I've heard, their properties are a nightmare too.

image Good location in A2, close to downtown and same time enough far to avoid crowed events in Blue house stadium. Cart pot very helpfully and area very secure. Lease staff is alway very friendly and alway assist you by mail or call very fast. Amennities are excellent and gym includes sauna and hot tube. Unique bad point the apartment finishes are cheap for the price you are paying, my windows leaked couple weeks after I moved in last year and they need to be changed due to they were so old and bad quality. Harbor house can improve these kind of stuff, Maintenance team always repair the issues in a reasonable time.

image Not pet friendly. They use ice away, a 100% rock salt product, to melt their snow. Rock salt is extremely toxic to dogs, if ingested it can cause numerous GI problems and can even have neurological effects such as seizures if ingested in high enough doses. Touching rock salt with their bare paws will cause chemical burns for dogs. There are other ice melting products out there which are much safer for dogs.
Otherwise a great apartment complex, but steer away if you have pets.
