    image Updated: it's closed now!
We waited for over an hour from start to finish from arriving to leaving. We were seated immediately, but took 20 minutes to get our server to our table to get our order in. Food took forever to get to the table. Food was great, just super slow service. Everyone else was eating off the breakfast bar, so I figured the kitchen would be quicker than that. Staff wasn't that friendly either.

image Now called PIPER'S and a complete disappointment! The interior has been updated with minimal effort. Someone had attempted to clean the windows and smeared the hell out of them. There were 2 other tables with people and 2 servers working with 2 cooks and the bar manager. We were seated immediately by the hostess (the only employee that we dealt with that seemed to truly care about the patrons experience). After sitting for 20min the waitress finally came and took our drink order while apologizing for the delay (other help called in). We placed our drink orders (soda) and my fiancé ordered a mixed drink. The waitress didn't know what the drink was at all (poorly trained) and asked her to repeat it so she could write it down correctly. She then came back and apologized again saying that they were out of the juice needed to make her drink and that they only had cranberry juice (really?). She changed her mind and ordered soda as well, and when the drinks finally came out they were all flat, as if they're poured from a 2 liter that's been kicked around for a bit. The kid's meal was fine (chicken strips) but the nachos (Bhutana they call them) where very plain looking and the burger looked burnt with a very lazy presentation, zero care was given when the ingredients where dumped on the plate (pic is uploaded). The description on the menu (#11 under appitizers) states they're "made with hand cut tortillas and piled high with tomatoes and their special sauce", sounds delicious right? B.S! The cheese sauce resembled the crappy stuff you find at gas stations and the chips clearly came from a bag (I wouldn't have blamed my kid for not eating them). We asked for ranch for the chicken strips and they were out of that also (pretty interesting as my fiancé ordered a chicken ranch wrap and nothing was said about that). While I'm waiting for my food to come out, someone that knew the cook walks in and yells back into the kitchen "Hey fat ass!", this individual shouted a couple of other things and walked off. Of course nothing was said by the staff, cook or otherwise. My fiancé's food and mine came out with very little fries, a quantity you would expect in a kids meal (pics also uploaded). Her wrap had a small piece of chicken in it and very little ranch (must have scrapped the bottle empty). My burger (Piper's Tailgater) (pic also uploaded) also sounded good on the menu but was very basic and dry. The burger patty was very thin and I didn't even notice it at first, along with a small piece of tomato that was dwarfed by the huge onion ring. I looked for a knife to cut my burger and not one of the silverware rolls out of four on the table had one. Of course the waitress wasn't around so I asked the hostess (who was cleaning tables and catering to other patrons) for a knife. Of course her response was, "we're running low on knives, let me see if I can find one for you". The cook continuously came out to the dining area to sit with another table that seemed to have all of his attention but not once did anyone come out to check on the salad bar. One patron had to ask the hostess for a bowl for soup and stated that he was waiting for 15 MIN and the cheese was empty as well. She goes to the kitchen and asks for bowls and for someone to fill the cheese on the salad bar, another waitress walks out rolling her eyes as if it's a ridiculous request. Throughout the duration of our visit people kept walking in, waiting and leaving without sitting down (Not sure what to make of it). All in all, this was the most disappointing experience I've ever had in a restaurant, unfortunately I'll remember this experience for a very long time. I really try to focus on the positive things when businesses exemplify opportunities like this but the issues where overwhelming to say the least. Obviously myself and family will never return to this establishment and I will do my best to ensure that noone I know has to suffer through an experience like this. CLEARLY, THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT ARE THE PROBLEMS IN THIS LOCATION.
