That's no way to give zero bad people after all pay for they charge me in my bank account saying it's for toll one week later. I call them they that's nothing they can do I have to call the toll company..just be careful when you rent a car for enterprise not honest company

They are not transparent. They disclosure large service charges after returning rental! Beware of toll service charges.

I rented a car for over a year with enterprise. I went to switch cars because they sold the car and they would not give me a new car claiming I owed them. I explained that I had been in a rental through enterprise for over a year and the manager claimed I had not been in the car for more than 30 days. I explained multiple times that I have been in a car for over a year. After proving to the manager by showing them the payments and deposit I made, the manager blamed the system as the current car I was in I had not been in for more than 30 days so they were not able to see my history. Then offered me a car in which I called an Uber, and left. Imagine a full paying, non insurance discounted customer, being called a liar after putting up $20,000+ in rentals. Terrible customer service/ appreciation
