I used this place when I saw they had good reviews, but I couldn't be more dissappointed on their customer service. I have spent about ~$300 here and I say that I regret ever going here. As a paying customer, I believe I have the right to lodge a complaint when the service or outcome is not my desired. I gave it 2 stars because they do know how to do some good iron and drycleaning but the older Hispanic lady (the receptionist) there has very poor customer service. I complained to her about how the suit jacket were not ironed properly but the pants were not and she said I have a problem in my head. Who says that to a customer? She went on saying I am the only one that complains about my clothes and that I should check other drycleaners for solutions. I'm never going to a place where they treat customers like trash.

This is the best dry cleaning and alterations shop I have ever used. The staff is efficient, professional, friendly and they turn around your garments in just a few days, not a week. Their alterations and cleaning are superb. Their prices are very reasonable too. I would definitely recommend anyone in the Worcester area to utilize their services.
