If i could put negative stars i would!
Place is absolutely disgusting!
Found a used vibrator in the bed!
Which means the sheets & pillow cases were definitely not clean!
Every surface in the rooms, plural!
Were completely filthy!
Talked to the front desk & was assured a manager would contact me.
That Never happened!
Then i was overcharged & then treated with complete disrespect & ultimately told i was wrong. even when i have all the charges itemize in an email confirmation that clearly shows i WAS overcharged!
Never have I been so disappointed with a Marriott property & staff!

New, clean with good service but.if youre a light sleeper then you dont want a room at the end with the higher numbers. All night you can hear the trains at the conveniently located train station. Given the train has been here much longer than the hotel, they should have built this building with the comfort of their guests in mind.
The mattress in room 439 is a bit lumpy. The bathroom is laid out nicely and they leave enough towels.
Courtyard doesnt ever give complimentary breakfast. Youre lucky if you got it.
Room service is still on alternating days. Time for this practice to end.
Walkability: Walkable to the train, restaurants and stores

Location is great right next to the train station, and next to a couple restaurants. It's really easy to get a Lyft or Uber because of the ease of access. Service is fantastic as well.
The only caveat is the rooms. If you are a light sleeper, avoid getting a room near the train station on the ground floor, as you will feel and hear each arrival/departure of a train. The rooms are very clean and look great though.
One other thing is the position of the AC / Heating unit facing the desk. If you plan to do work in the hotel at the desk, it might get kind of annoying always having that blowing on you directly .
Overall 4/5! Great place to stay.
