The rent used to be really cheap but they decided to mark it up $200 within 1 months notice after Covid. We are young working professionals who paid our rent on time and to its complete amount religiously for 5 consecutive years even throughout the pandemic. The owner of these buildings is a slum lord so if you want anything fixed or addressed it will either go unanswered or delayed for several months. You will notice the secretary who collects payments change every 3 months because no one ever really stays.

They really like to waste your time and give you the run around and conveniently cancel the day of the showing. They also cant bother themselves to get back to you. thanks.
