A couple of years ago, I noticed a school bus was constantly idling right next to a playground and near the air intake of an elementary school. I knocked on the doors of the bus and the driver let me in. I cannot tell you how thoughtful he was. He didn't realize the ill effects of leaving the engine on, not only for him and the bus, but especially for the children. Many people are unaware of this. Since then, I've learned it's illegal to idle. And the school bus driver? I half wondered if he cursed me after I left the bus, but I can tell you I never saw him idle again. I wish they were all that considerate. Five stars for the driver; Eastern Bus, please encourage your drivers not to idle. And thank them on behalf of the kids And the environment.

Their bus drivers are the worst. Attempted to contact the company several times. No one picks up the phone and the mailbox is always full.

Bus 741 @ 310p.m. driving way to fast and best of all through a construction zone with kids on the bus on villa Rd in Waltham two days in a row
