Walkability: Est localizado a 100 metros do Walmart de Saugus,150 metros de um MC Donald s, 100 metros do restaurante Kowloon, que excelente,pela boa comida e custo benefcio

image Facility was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Our only issue was with the lack of available kitchen items. We were only able to get one plate, no glasses or spoons, and the ice tray should have been thrown away ages ago (it was mostly broken).
Rooms: Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Clean.
Safety: Very secure facility. You couldn't go past the lobby without a room key.

image I will say absolutely not!!!! Stayed here once before and just booked again for two nights..... currently cannot sleep because I am simply disgusted. When I first got into the room the bathroom was dirty. Dirty towels (asked front desk for more, they didn't have any) hair in the shower as if it wasn't even cleaned. The chairs are all ripped and torn up. The absolute worst thing is....... there are roaches.... yes ROACHES!!!!!! My boyfriend killed two....but there's more. Called the front desk. Got a full refund and will be leaving asap to go to another hotel. This is disgusting. I can't sleep. I don't want to be here. Unfortunately I cannot check into the next hotel yet but if I could I would. Out of all of my hotel stays this is the absolute worst experience!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!! The lights are on and the roaches are just crawling and chilling on the counter!!!!!! This is unacceptable. Asked to be moved into another room and i guess there's nothing available. I'm highly disappointed.

image The room was clean but worn. Full Kitchen but no utensils. Called the front desk and they said they did not have any. They have breakfast and coffee one asked if they had anything plastic they said no.
