It's a wonderful place to be, I don't know for sure but pretty sure it's not a place for insurance to be used it's more of a apartment rental assisted living

We were happy to move my sister to Stafford Hill. The staff treated us well and the other residents seem very happy. Susan B. has been a great help from the moment we met her. What we have learned in the two weeks my sister has been there is that every staff encounter, from the top down, has been exceptional! They are very accommodating and genuinely care about the comfort and well being of all the residents. This is truly an amazing group of caring people with a great attitude and understanding of what the residents need to enhance the residents stay at this wonderful facility. No one wants to leave their home but if you have to this is definitely the best place to go.
I strongly recommend Stafford Hill with the highest regard.

When it became obvious than my wife needed more help than I could provide or we could get from home services, our family and I began the search for assisted living alternatives in the Plymouth area. There are many choices and picking the right one is not easy. Leaving our home, our friends, and many of our belongings that we had collected over the 70 years of our marriage was not easy either. There were many factors to consider: care and safety for my wife, activities & recreation programs, food and dining alternatives, apartment choices and other amenities.
After researching the available alternatives, we decided that the best choice was Stafford Hill in Plymouth, based on the factors listed above plus the friendliness and openness of the staff we met when touring Stafford. We were also struck with how friendly and active the residents were that we met while touring the facility.
It wasn't until we had moved in to Stafford that we realized all of our research didn't begin to make clear how the staff we deal with on a daily basis can make such a difference. The Stafford staff from reception to dining room, maintenance, nursing, personal care, and activities is outstanding. We have yet to meet any staff member who is not caring, friendly, and willing to help us even if the help is not in their job description. They have all helped us so much in adjusting to the assisted living life style and have made us feel like we have a new home that can be just as rewarding as our previous homes.
The outstanding staff is, of course not an accident, It's obvious the management team has worked hard to create an environment where the staff goes out of their way to be caring, friendly, and helpful whenever they can. The management group itself is accessible and uniformly caring, friendly, and helpful.
If you are ever in need of assisted living services, I would strongly recommend Stafford Hill in Plymouth. They have all the services needed for the safety and comfort of your family member, plus they have the outstanding people on their staff that will make the difference between being assisted in their living and being surrounded by people who really care for them and help them to live life as fully as they are able..

My dad has been a resident at Stafford Hill for a month. He is very happy there, as are we with the service and care he receives. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a little more help with their daily living arrangements.

I would like to thank the staff and all the folks living there for having me there today to play some 50s and 60s music for there first car show . A lot of residents came over to meet me and request some wonderful oldies. All the residents told me how wonderful Stafford Hills is to live there . I entertain at a lot of Assistant living homes and this is a wonderful place with great people . Thank you all for having me and if your looking for a wonderful home that your Mom or Dad is looking for , well they don't get any better than this . Wonderful staff with the best residents. Thanks again ! Looking forward to seeing my new friends again.
