After having a total knee replacement I was informed that the BVNA would be sending Me a nurse to check on my progress for the first 3 weeks. I had the pleasure of having the most compassionate and knowledgable RN by the name of Celeste. She was a true professional and I believe the BVNA
is so very lucky to have her as an employee. Hopefully in the future I will not need the services of the BVNA but I know exactly who I will request. Thank You so very much Celeste

The service is helpful and lovely, but beware their transparency with billing. They called me in advance of my first visit to inform me that they had called my insurance company and it would cost me $25 per visit (no caveats, just $25/visit), to which I agreed, then proceeded to send me a bill for $250 for 2 visits.
