When my indirect water heater started to go, I had a plumber quote me $3,500 for replacement. I contacted Preferred for a second opinion. Steve came out the next day and was very nice and super honest - we weren't positive what the issue was (or if we really needed to replace the water heater), so he gave me a better price for replacement, but also encouraged us to wait it out, and see if replacement was really necessary. When it became apparent that we needed the replacement, we decided to take out a Mass Save Loan (which is a PROCESS). Steve was very patient and accomodating. I absolutely plan to use them again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a good plumber! Service: Boiler installation

Steve did a great job on redoing a poorly done previous shower installation. He was very efficient and did an excellent job on keeping everything neat and clean. I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs some plumbing remodeling work done in their house.

Whenever I have a plumbing issue I call on Steve at Preferred Plumbing and Heating, Inc. to fix it. He does a great job and his rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!
