If I could give TEN stars, I would !!!
My 92 year old mother had dementia &
I live in NY. Long story short, I needed
help and through N Shore Elder Services
I was lucky enough to get it from this agency.
The office staff was fantastic, always ready willing & able to accommodate my requests.
Communication is key in a situation like
ours & even on weekends if I had an issue or a concern (which I did, more than once) there
was someone calling me in short order.
The girls caring for her for 13 months
were all patient, kind & very compassionate.
It is a labor of love for all involved and I can
only say, I couldnâ€™t have kept my mom in
her apartment as long as she was
without their involvement.
If you contact Lyndsie, you will find an â€œAngelâ€ for your mom too. ðŸ™
