Asking the receptionist a question about scheduling a new patient appointment for a cleaning. She put me on hold and never said anything to me until the office is closed. I was looking for a dentist for a member of my family and I don't think that lady knows anything about being a good customer service and what it means by being an asset for a company. Welllllll.

This is the best office ever! I had been going to another dentist for years, but had an emergency and could not reach him, so called Gentle Dental. They were able to see me right away and took care of my problem. Though Dr. Giamarco encouraged me to return to my dentist, I am never going back. From my first phone call, through the professional care I received, to the check out process, I was extremely impressed with the Gentle Dental office. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the office space is modern and immaculate, and my new dentist is awesome! Dr. Giamarco explained everything to me in terms I could understand and relieved my anxiety with his friendly and caring manner. I know the prices are lower at Gentle Dental, but it is the level of service that is the absolute best!
