image HHS dictates "ALL" Methadone clinics. The Drs/NP's, Councilors are doing the best job they can but LACK PURE KNOWLEDGE with REAL PROVEN USES. This subject matter CANNOT BE LEARNED OR EVEN UNDERSTOOD IN A BOOK!! ONLY PURE hands on experience works. "ALL" books on opiate addiction have ZERO experience!! IT IS A PURE JOKE!!

image As a former clinician it saddened me that we could no longer work individually with clients. Everyones journey is different and every one is in a different phase of recovery and needs an individualized treatment plan which they get every 3 months but on their own to implement as the group model does not facilitate this.due to the number of people in group and the revolving door policy of the groups
Groups have their place in recovery but should never be a substitute for personalized treatment of a major health issue in this country

image They no longer offer one on one counseling each week. You are now required to join a group weekly/monthly in replace of.What happen to focusing on each patients individual needs? In the last year every counselor has left because of the their new policy and can not seem to find anyone to want to fill them.If your considering starting your recovery treatment here ,I would advise elsewhere.

image Worst experience with a clinic Ive ever had. I am still with them and currently working on being done with them within the next month. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to do anything there. They refuse you your dose whenever they feel like it. Absolute worst place ever. Do not go there.

image This place is so out of wack right now because most therapist quit when the pandemic started. Then they started a teleconferencing therapy group which is once a week and its always the same thing. The nurses are great but they need better doctors. Actually they need a doctor that is there everyday and more than one. I wanted to courtesy dose at another clinic where my family lives and gave enough time but because of the lack pf staffing and lack of training on the doctors part both my courtesy doses for the month of January got messed up. So the first one they told me before i left that it wasnt in order so i stayed at my clinic. But i gave a 2 week notice for this one which was supposed to go from the 30th to the1st of February. So i get to thw dosing place habit opco in Springfield mass and they say we cant dose u because they never had a doctor do their paperwork for it. So even if i could have made it home to dose which is two house away it would have been closed by the time o got there. They are messing ppls stuff up and so i had to go to the E. R. To dose and was lucky they did it.
