They do not return phone calls about clothing that has gone missing. I have been Chasing them for several weeks regarding a silk dress that came back clean the incorrectly. They took it back to re-clean, and now the dress is missing, and no one will take responsibility for the missing garment.

Wouldn't even give it one star but i had to put something. The manager here is horrible. Not only did she give me the wrong pair of pants back but charged me 25.50 for the total order when it should have only been 16.50. Then calls me back two weeks later to tell me that she found the correct pants. when she was questioned about the difference in price she said i was a liar and that i pocketed the money. also threatened to call the cops on me when she was questioned about the discrepancy in price telling me i stole pants and that its a felony. stay far far away from this place.

Always very friendly and I get my work shirts done all the time. The shirts come back nicely pressed and smelling great.

They ruined a number of pieces of clothing. Clearly the clothes were laundered improperly. It looks like they washed jackets and cashmere sweaters and then tried to block and stretch them to repair them.
What I'm most disgusted with is the level of customer service. I have spoken to Matt approximately 5x and his wife 3x. They originally said they would speak to their insurance company and compensate us for the damaged clothing .... but then they went dark.
Matt will not return my repeated calls.
Come to find out, we now have learned from others who use the Marion Store that they have had similar situations with damaged clothing.
They should be ashamed of themselves. I have made sure to spread the word about the quality of work they do.
Items destroyed - (Pictures will follow)
- (1)Wool coat - coat has been shrunk and the lining on the sleeves is exposed - Eileen Fischer ($399)
- (1) Wool jacket - Sleeves have been shrunk and now are 3/4 length - Garnet Hill ($299)
- (1) Mohair sweater - Stretched to the point it is now dress length
- (1) Cashmere sweater - Basically washed in a washer machine like a t-shirt and then tried to be stretched and now the front is shorter than the front
- (1) Mohair Blend Sweater - Created a hole in one of the sweaters which has made it unwearable - Tibi ($99)
