Horrible experience and was certainly fleeced. DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN INSPECTION STICKER.
I came here for an inspection sticker in March of 2023, I was rejected as I needed new tie rods. I said no problem and brought my car that week to have it fixed.
Of course, they found many other things wrong with my car, and quoted me "under a grand" to have it all fixed. So, I said alright sure take care of it. Then I'm on my way to pick it up, I get a call from the owner stating they needed to change my brake caliper and the new total is $1,200. I was pissed because this happened without my authorization.
Time comes to pick up my car, I had to request an itemized receipt because there wasn't one readily available?? The guy at the counter had to call up the owner who conveniently left within the 15 minutes of calling me to notify that more work was done to my car without authorization costing me over $300... to figure out what to put on the receipt..? (Sketchy)
Whatever, I said I'll just never be back. BUT now I get my car inspected this year and guess who failed for Tie-Rods AGAIN. (not even 9 months later)
Bullshit shop that will take advantage of you. Beware.
