I chose to work with Robert because his bio demonstrated a breadth of experience. i was not disappointed! I was able to learn and understand the exercises so that i could perform them effectively at home. This enabled me to decrease from twice a week , to weekly and monthly as my back muscles strengthened and pain decreased. i decided that with the warmer weather coming ( cold increases pain) and more outdoor exercise- i can stop therapy at this point. However, I will be happy to resume next winter if needed. Im lucky that the therapy is located at the lowell Y and Robert showed me some weight machines with pulleys that will also be helpful to complement my swimming. I recommend using the convenience of PT and ymca all under one roof .
