      image STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST. THERE WAS A DEAD MOUSE IN MY ROOM AND THE HOTEL ONLY REFUNDS ME FOR ONE NIGHT.
      I rarely write reviews. But my experiences with this hotel was terrible and I think everyone should know about it. I booked a two-night stay via 3rd party. When I came back the second night, my friend found a dead mouse on the floor in front of the bathroom. They only offered one night refund no matter what. I have a picture of the mouse but I won't upload it and disgust you guys.
      Besides, the hotel hallway and elevator's carpet is dirty. The elevator smells like someone smoked in it before.

      Im truly sorry this happened to you. This is of course not what you expect when you get back to a hotel and we are doing our best to prevent it from ever happening again by working with our pest control as any building would. I truly hope you wont let this rare, worst case scenario keep you from giving Sonesta another chance, but just know, we are working on making sure we handle this appropriately from all angles.Take Care,Christine
