Hello i have been watching my mother struggle to get this place to answer the phone. She needs help getting her meds as she is low income. Ghosting people who are seeking health for their mental health isn't very professional. Please hire more caring staff

I worked here years ago. Terrible place. Horribly managed. The bosses sucked, brush your teeth Tim!!! Weirdest manager I ever had

I was called by this place and I was told I could get help that I need so very much and they did nothing to help. I am going through so much here with abuse and I had to leave but had no place to go and they started to help with telling me about places to live and section 8 and never got the mental health care I needed and was told they don't help with housing after doing it on the computer and I asked to speak to the supervisor and Molly never callback or had anyone else call me back and I'm going through hell .they just stopped everything and the attitude was so bad. So many promises that were never kept and I didn't call them but I thought that everything would be ok cause they called me to help and left me out with nothing and I can't even tell you how horrible my situation is. I never was rude or anything and only asked why and tried texting asking to speak with supervisor and nothing. Life isn't good and it's gotten so bad and I don't know what to do but I'm in a bad place. Be careful with your insurance here, theyll keep using it even if you aren't with them for years after. Facts!

awful and unintelligent people throughout. you are very lucky to get one of the few that have both a working brain and human compassion. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THEM UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, ESPECIALLY THEIR HOUSING SERVICES.
