The worst customer service ever! The staff are not helpful and knowledgeable. Amber has the worst customer services. It took me 2 hours to transfer two lines into my account after two hours we ended up with no results and they deactivated one of the line and kicked us out the shop and said we are closing come back tomorrow.

On December 3rd 2023, Like others I was sold a 2 year contract with a 1 year promotion for free service on 1 line. They're charging me full price and told me if I pay an extra $120 today they will add a different promotion. How is this legal?

Recently switched from Verizon in December, hoping for a better experience. Was sold on the " huge savings promo on phone, and unlimited lines". Later was charged full monthly payment, down payment, line set up fee, etc. I went in today to figure bill out & " Ariel" had an immediate attitude. She acted like I was asking for a kidney. With all of the mobile competition out there, absolutely Nobody should have to deal with the attitude.

The most incompetent staff ever. Had no clue what they were doing. No manager, just 2 entitled people working there. Dont bother going here try another location.
