      image In the end I was left with a sense of listening to a lot of double talk. The people were friendly enough but a little to quick to have me sign on the bottom line. BUT dealing with Verizon is next to ridiculous. Absolutely no customer service unless you speak a language other than English. Tried to charge me for something that was supposed to be free. LASTLY, I would not recommend Verizon as a source for internet or phone service.
