On the whole my experience at FRFS is extremely hit or miss when it comes to getting good quality flowers and supplies in a timely manner. When i go in to get my orders there is a lack of attentiveness and concern for my time and money.
I can wait up to 30 mins to receive my order that was placed days in advance. The fresh cut flower department has gone so downhill it is actually a shame.
However,
The green house is the shining star of the building. The guys in there always have my product ready to walk out the door before my invoice is even ready. the plants always look great even when its too hot to shop in there. Kudos to Dave, Sean and the guys in there for always making sure the plants are always beautiful.
