Thank you MV Baby Rent for your flexibility and service. Equipment was delivered on time and the owner helped us coordinate drop-off and pickup times that worked with our boat. Returned phone calls promptly and were very accommodating. We were able to pick up early and extend our rental an extra day during the height of summer season. Rental equipment was clean and easy to install (car seats). Will absolutely be using this company again. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful vacation on the Vinyard!

The rudest company I've ever dealt with. Our order was cancelled the day before we were leaving on our trip when it was placed over a month ago. I understand the confusion of not delivering to the Cape Cod area, but to notify us 24 hours before we leave for vacation and leave us scrambling for a crib for our toddler is just awful for a business to do. The woman we dealt with hung up on me and then continued to give an attitude when we called back because it "wasn't her fault" when asked for other rental recommendations in the area. We were blamed for not knowing the area and a simple apology would've avoided all of this.
Look elsewhere for a more respectful, reliable company... or just save your money and go buy one at Walmart when you get there for $99, that's what the employee recommended.

We’ve rented from MV baby rent twice... the first was planned ahead when we were having extra family over and the second was when we arrived on island without our stroller. In both cases, the team was friendly and easy to work with and everything was delivered as expected. We very much appreciated that when we realized we were without a stroller they were able to deliver one to us within 2 hours. I’d definitely recommend this service!
