Several 1 Star Reviews Doesn't look good !!! Brought a Double Pane Sash to Country Glass that came with our house when we bought the house brand new in 2001, 22 years ago. Never had this Window out of the casing and after the repair at a cost of $223.75 I asked Country Glass about the 2 missing Latch screws. Per Steve they were rusted and broke off in the Sash That is very unlikely as I looked at the Window right to the Right of the one they repaired and found one of the screws rusted and was able to remove it without breaking it. In 22 years never had any windows removed or repaired so, highly unlikely that the screws broke themselves. Stev has offered nothing, no discount, no offer to remedy the problem and is now ignoring my emails. I agree with the other 1 Star reviews. Sorry Steve.

Great place for glass, windshields, mirrors and store front glass panels. Steve is a great guy to deal with. I use them often.

Website said open, drove 10 miles to get there. They were closed during business hours.

Country Glass did a great job replacing my wife's windshield. The were very helpful and communicated with me throughout the process. They worked with my insurance to get everything completed.

Had 3 large casement double pane windows replaced and an old fashion mirror replaced They did an excellent job! They look wonderful. I highly recommend them for window and mirror replacement
