Controller in my boiler went south midwinter, and the boiler was discontinued a while ago, so parts are not easy to find. Kirkland had managed to locate a new controller under an hour and successfully complete repair in next two hours, before our house went cold. I really appreciate fast and professional response.

Had a waterworks under kitchen sink. I knew disposal was partially to blame and I had patched pipes up until there was nothing more to be done. Reggie came next day right on time and got to work. Very professional and very friendly. Did a great job with new disposal, new faucet, new sprayer and all new pipes! I highly recommend them!

Great service and very responsive. They even referred me to another business for a specialized area where they had limited resources. But here is the kicker - they sent a note of appreciation for my business and prompt payment. It was a very well written note from the business owner. As a business owner, I appreciated that touch. This plumbing business came highly recommended. The plumbers do know their business. For example, a different local plumber told us were were going to have to replace the entire shower mechanism where when K&S plumbers came out, they knew the devise was still made and just needed a part. So that was great. The plumbers who showed up were professional and explain things well, etc.
First visit they got right to work and installed some sinks. They looked at two other jobs and said they would get back to us. Well, the second job took six months before it was complete. We waited a while and called them and they had no idea what the job was and grumbled that their plumbers didn't document the assessment of the possible work and essentially we had to start from scratch. With my husband's help and constant calls and emails, they eventually ordered the necessary parts. Because we had two showers, my husband had to remind them several times to order TWO parts. At that point they did apologize for their many errors and told him they were down some help due to vacation schedules.
Then they came out to install and didn't have a needed screw. That needs special ordering, of course.
At least two weeks go by. At this point my husband's grumbling that the job has been forgotten yet again and he'll have to call again and miraculously they call! So, they call my husband's cell phone while we are at a local museum (because of covid he hadn't taken vacation time and was acruing too much and took the day off). They want to come and install today, (a Wednesday) at 2:00. So, we leave the museum a bit earlier than we would have liked to go home for the 2:00 appointment We are not all that surprised when they don't show up at all that day. Thursday goes by, nothing. Friday they show up and, again, we are out. They are sitting in our driveway, no warning whatsoever. We rush home and they do finally do the job.
The bill was not out of line (I called and had it broken down), but it's pretty large. We don't even bring up the third job they looked at because we are just so glad our showers are operating again and we don't have to deal with K&S anymore.
