Any healthcare provider who uses this service is wildly irresponsible. They DO NOT respond to people (your patients...) when they need receipts. I've been requesting a receipt for FOUR MONTHS and in that time, they've managed to send another bill and a follow up demanding payment. Don't use these people - they don't care.

Terrible customer service. Been chasing a refund for months. Have filed complaint with Mass Atty General's office in hopes of getting this resolved.

Worst billing company in the entire United States. Impossible to get ahold of and complete incompetence when they finally call you back.

This business is a scam. We received a medical bill from them for hospital services covered by our insurance. They even misspelled our childs name on the fraudulent medical bill mailed to our home.
