I am giving it one star since this is the lowest score. I found it inhumane to have the apartments where elderly residents are to be cold during winter time. They changed all the heat system so they controlled them all instead of each resident controlling the temperature of the apartment on their own. I am not sure this how you go about saving a couple dollars on electric bills. Once they start having residents being sick or hospitalized due to hypothermia and having family members report of elder abuse maybe then they will do something about it. I have heard many people complain and I even called the office myself since I have family living in one their buildings, no change whatsoever.

Some rude people work here. I feel disappointed.
