I went to a Doctor's app't at 313 Speen st Natick. Forget that there was NO adecquate parking, (for a building servicing the public), but the parking set up was ridiculous. I went down a long row to look for parking only to reach a DEAD END. I had to negotiate a U turn - or back up? - to go down another DEAD end row. Walking in the building, wrong door - poor signage; The first and only elevator I see says "deliveries only"; the second floor NO signage, again walking into the wrong office (mainly to get directions!). I told my doctor NOT to pay his rent. This company is emblematic of disfunctional, stupid, clueless, money grabbing, real estate. Moguls who know nothing and care less about customer service!
