      image Very disappointing experience. Somehow got to this agency through a call to Progressive. Ultimately, spoke to Jason (I believe the owner). He seemed very nice, and we left it that he was going to help me look into auto and home insurance. He kept telling me he'd be in touch the next day and then the next day. In the end, he just stopped communicating. Classic overpromising and underdelivering. Hard to believe in a company when the owner is delivering (or not delivering) poor service.

      image I have had a renters insurance policy at the agency for a few years. Recently I moved. Used the websites contact by e mail asking a question. Have e mailed at least 3 times and have NOT even received a response. Guess this agency doesn't care about my business.
