This Papa Gino’s has THE WORST Customer service I have ever dealt with. The first time I tried to eat here, our delivery took over three hours I finally had to cancel, and they told me I could get a free pizza. Next time I called no one had saved that statement. Today, I tried ordering a couple of pizzas for my Boyfriend and his coworkers… My boyfriend wanted to pay with his card. The woman on the phone would not let me pay with a card because “I had to sign”. Like I couldn’t sign when I arrived. I also couldn’t order online because it was “too busy”. How come I am allowed to take $1,000+ orders over a credit card at my work? These people are absolute idiots

Worst papa ginos in the world. Wait time, horrible. Food, horrible. Service, horrible. I'd recommend you keep driving down the street to little Italy..
