We did not have experience replacing carpet. Dan took care of everything. Seriously, do not look any further than Northshore Carpet! We tried Lowes and they made us so confused! Then our friends recommended Northshore. Wow, they were right, Dan guided us through the entire process. When he came to our home to get the floor measurements he offered solutions. The end result is would could not be happier! The stairs, hall and bedrooms look absolutely stunning! We have that new home smell again! They even got rid of the stinky old rugs. He made all that brain damage vanish and for the amount of work it was reasonable price. Thanks a million Dan!

I cant say enough good things about North Shore Carpet! We needed a runner for the stairs of our split level and Dan and the team took great care of us! I was impressed with the selection and reasonable costs, and North Shore was able to get our carpet installed in less than a week! Our whole family (especially the dog) are very grateful!

Went into Dan's store on a Saturday after speaking with him briefly on the phone. Was very helpful and patient with us while we looked at carpet patterns for our stair runner. He provided feedback on different carpets and fabric types. He came over to our house after he closed the store that day to take measurements and about 2 hours later I had a quote. He ordered the carpet and within ten days we had our runner installed. The guys who came over were professional and wore their PPE the whole time. Dan called an hour after they left to ask me about my experience which is greatly appreciated. Its all too easy to support a local business when that business has this level of service. Not to mention the price was completely reasonable.

so glad I called North Shore carpet. Dan was excellent, his installers did an amazing job. We had them install a berber runner on our stairs and we are very happy.
