After an unfortunate accident in my brand new Jeep Wrangler, Marty's did an excellent job in getting it back to new. They performed a comprehensive assessment of the damage, worked directly with the insurance company for billing and rental car needs, and met their time estimates, all of which made for an excellent and seamless experience. Their staff and team were friendly, informative and professional throughout the process. Given recent challenges obtaining replacement parts, they completed the work in two stages, limiting the time spent without the vehicle which was greatly appreciated. The few remaining parts we had to wait for were cosmetic and minor so the second stage was completed quickly once the parts were on hand. I got into an accident and had my car repaired at Marty’s Auto Service. Marty’s team was professional, friendly and they explained everything that needed to be done. The work they did was perfect and done earlier than expected. My car looks great. I will definitely use them again.
