I was seen by Dr Vasserman at their Chelsea MA location. I was very impressed by the professionalism, kindness. They really know how to. focus on the patients care and satisfaction. Everybody in the office was very nice and helpful. I am very pleased with all the recommendations I was given, detailed discussion and explanation. I would definitely recommend Dr. Vasserman to my friends and family.

Dr. V and staff are awesome. Very professional, fast, and helpful. We ran late and called, and they were still willing to see us (plus nice about it). My son had two ingrown toenails removed and they took great care of us the whole time. Happy we came here and love the direct communication.

Excellent! I know more about my feet now than I ever did and I am so grateful. Dr Vasserman is professional, kind, and so helpful with answering questions. I walked out of her office with Happy feet. Wonderful office everyone is so caring especially Fran the office manager. I am now in good hands and I'm so grateful. Thank you

Dr. Wasserman was helpful in creating a temporary orthotic but twice when she was trimming a callous on the bottom of my foot, several times I yelled out "stop, that really hurts" and she continued trimming anyway (witnessed on my second visit by a friend who was with me in the room), causing my foot to continue to hurt badly (it was fine before that), which made it difficult to walk for several days after. Seems she does what she thinks is right without listening to me as a patient.
