      Big Duke Six on Google

      image Every time I have been a customer at this store, the manager Jarrett has been anything BUT customer service oriented. He walks around with a scowl and doesnt talk to customers with respect at all. Im sure nobody at the company will read this or give him a heads up to change his ways but, they definitely should. Im not going to this store unless I completely have to. Id hate to see him lose his job so maybe someone should speak to him so he doesnt.

      image Office supply store in Acton. Fairly large for a Staples. I was there on a Monday afternoon and it was surprisingly busy. They also have UPS, print services, Amazon returns. I ordered a desk chair online and picked it up there.

      image Agree! If I could give zero starts for customer service I would do that. The store manager is very rude and not interested in helping at all. The cashier is much better than the manager!
