The experience working with the clients was great. I love taking care of people. However the supervisors were absolutely terrible especially Carolyn D. She is a terrible know it all. She would ignore one of my residents, and I had to make sure she heard her. When I put in my two weeks notice, they didnt give me my full payout. Which is fine, because Im definitely going to build something bigger and better than Spring Dell Center and Im going to make sure my staff is taken care of, as well as my residents. Im hiring empathic leaders, spring dell definitely doesnt have those in the higher positions.
