Let me start by saying the customer service rep, Dwight was FANTASTIC! He went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The washer/ dryers went out and caught on fire during my use, and they ruined 2 loads of my laundry which really makes me sad. But that was my only complaint. Thank you Dwight, your AWESOME!! Good food, fun place to stay, close to a bunch of food places.

Pretty run down room. In the bathroom there were stains on shower curtain. Bath tub literally drained sooo slow that water started pooling up on your ankles. I felt like I needed a shower after showering. Curtains and lampshades were all stained too. Rug needed a good vacuum and cleaning. One of the elevators shook and rattled. This terrified my son. Hilton needs to do better. Needs a complete renovation. I will not stay there again.
I will say the staff were extremely friendly at check in and check out and at the breakfast area. That is the only reason for the 2 stars.
Rooms: Needs a complete renovation. Everything old, stained, and needed a deep cleaning. Even the thermostat was covered in sticky fingerprints.

Dont stay here! Be warned! Hotel is not clean and there are many things that are worn out and broken. Things such as, broken outlets. the carpet in the room that had an obvious tear and there was a nail stick popping out. broken fire strobe dangling on the wall. Ceiling access panel dangling in the room. Its so bad that they painted a beige ceiling with a white square just at the dirty area, and left the surrounding areas. I shouldve known when checking in the staff members gave no sense of customer acknowledgment as I walked in, lined up by the counter we began to stare at each other. YES! the counter people watched me and said nothing. Plus their ridiculous rule that you can only visit the pool for one hour a day.

Listed as a 4-star hotel but it's more like a 3-star. Just keep that in mind. We recently stayed 3days/2nights. One elevator was out of service, the room wasn't refreshed, none of the ice machines on any floor worked, in order to use the pool you had to make an appointment, at 530p we called to order in-room dinner & one of the main dishes wasn't available, if you needed towels or blankets you had to go to the front desk & get it yourself. No concierge, no Porter, or anything. The staff was friendly. The room air handler system was good & flat screen TV was big. I would consider this when I go back & look for a true 4star hotel. Hope this helps & wish you safe & fun travels!
Rooms: It was basic & clean. Had a small microwave, small fridge, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and lots of available outlets.
Noteworthy details: There is an in-house restaurant on-site but there are really good close restaurants also. I recommend the Silver Diner.
