      image This Truist branch has an unpleasant odor. Because of the smell, I normally use the drive-up window, but must occasionally go on the inside of the bank. The carpet should be replaced, or at a minimum, a deep cleaning. I leave with the odor in my clothes. (ugh)
      The teller service is good.

      image Provided good customer service at this location, customer service was friendly and helpful. However, the mobile banking app offers basic limited features & it's cumbersome to work with. Hope they make major improvements with their app now that we're in the digital world.
