Absolutely EXCELLANT CUSTOMER SERVICE on everyone's part in this office!! The front desk was kind and courteous.
Now, Dr. Evans was SUPERB!!! Very very kind doctor, super compassionate and professional! I felt like he heard my every concern. I did not feel rushed. He explained in detail what my diagnosis is and why he came up with the diagnosis. He also based it off facts not just assumptions (ie. images, xrays and medical history). Absolutely over the moon with the service provided today!
Though it was the EXACT same diagnosis from a previous doctor at a different practice (I went to this practice for a second opinion), I felt like I was able to understand and comprehend why the diagnosis. I did not feel confused, in any way, leaving his office. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE! Would recommend Dr. Evans to anyone looking for a TOP NOTCH orthopedic!!

Dr. Wouk is a quality doctor and the only doctor I can recommend at this practice without reservation. Dr. Evans is not someone I would recommend, and especially not for pediatric treatment. It is unclear to me why he would decline to put an 11 year old kid with two fractures to his wrist in a cast, and leave him in the minimal brace from the urgent care when after one week of continued complaints of pain Dr. Wouks recommendation was to immobilize the wrist in a cast for six weeks. I also did not appreciate that when I requested for my son to see Dr. Wouk initially, we were advised to see Dr. Evans instead because he was a hand and wrist specialist, but this was apparently not the case. Dr. Evans has no such specialty that I can see from his online profile or other activities. I think it's likely the staff were just directing me to Evans because they have too many patients requesting Dr.Wouk.

Dr. Derek Kram is an excellent physician who I would recommend to anyone who needs an orthopedist. He quickly diagnosed the issue I had with my knee and determined that it was not a problem and did not require treatment. Dr. Kram explained everything very well and is very personable. I highly recommend him.

Dr. P is fantastic, very thorough and gets to the root cause. The whole practice is great they have different specialists in house and things run in a timely manner so youre not sitting around waiting all day. 10/10 would recommend

There is not a lot of new comments that I could add about Dr. Smink. He has been one of our most trusted doctors for both my wife and I the past many years. My one and only regret is that not everyone is like him!
In addition, we have always been pleasantly impressed by the high quality of the support staff in the organization, including scheduling, billing, front office personnel, x-ray technicians, physician assistants and all others. Such high service quality is quite rare these days.
The offices are clean and easy to reach with plenty of parking available. I wish every doctor that we go to for other issues could have had the same high standards.
